The Cova Tallada is a natural site that is part of the maritime-terrestrial area of the Montgó Natural Park.
From June 15 to October 15 access is regulated. Also at Easter and May.
Characteristics of Cova Tallada Reserves
- Price: free of charge
- Persons per reservation: up to 5 persons
- Time allowed in the cave: maximum 1:30 h.
- Maximum advance notice: 10 days
Unlike the reservations at the Peñón de Ifach, at the Cova Tallada each reservation is for 1-5 people. If the group is larger, different reservations must be made, until the total number of people in the group is covered.
The maximum time allowed in the cave is 1 hour and 30 minutes, starting from the time of booking.
The person making the reservation must bring the receipt and his/her ID card on the day of the visit to the cave.
Time slots:
- 9:00 – 11:00 h
- 11:00 – 13:00 h
- 13:00 – 15:00 h
- 15:00 – 17:00 h
- 17:00 – 19:00 h
- 19:00 – 21:00 h
Although the reservation slots are for 2 hours, remember that the maximum time you can stay in the cave is 1:30 h.
You will have to make a reservation whether you go by foot or by sea (unless you go with a guided tour company).

Hay acceso restringido a la Cova Tallada en las siguientes fechas:

Para visitar el paraje en estas fechas será necesario realizar una reserva previa (gratuita), tanto si vas a pie como si llegas por mar por tu cuenta.
La regulación de visitas se realiza para proteger este valioso y delicado ecosistema natural y su patrimonio cultural. También para minimizar el riesgo de accidentes.
Cada reserva es válida para un máximo de 5 personas. Se realizan en la web oficial del Parque Natural del Montgó, aportando un DNI y datos personales.
Al inicio de la ruta tendrás que mostrar tu reserva para poder acceder. Con cada reserva el tiempo máximo de permanencia en la zona será de 1:30 h.
